This blog's background and website information is to provide resources of all kinds to any person and the dreams of people I wish to help. The list includes the people, animals, and planet I want to help. The list is long of the volunteering and donation ideas I want to do. I want to help others with their journeys and help them to find what they need in any circumstance. I provided some national resources and some indigenous ones and some volunteering ones. I included my story to help others relate and know they are not alone. This is a safe space.

My mission is to help as many people and indigenous peoples as I can, as well as the most animals as i can. I also want to be able to be there for anyone in need. I also wanted to show the gratitude for the help I recieved in my life and give back to whoever I can in turn from being helped and being able to help.

My services are mainly resources that are nation wide. I also have a contact me section in order to help anyone who wants to talk or find someone who they can realate with. I will be here for anyone who needs it.

I will share details about myself and my journey just so people can relate and know they are not alone. I do not like to share these things. Starting from the age of 6 or younger, I started the part of my life of abuse of all types, all the way until I was 23. I have many mental health diagnoses, and I see many doctors and take many medications. I have been through more things than you can imagine, but if you find the right resources or help or even people who care you can make a new life. Someone else's story can be a survival guide for others. I want to be that survival guide.

My goals in life are to finish my psychology phd as well as my metaphysical school for spiritual healing and now joining a third to go for indigenous studies. I also have goals to help the land and animals of all types and many other areas. Right now my main concern is to help indigenous peoples and the list I have of all the things I would like to do which is already at 100 items in order to help everyone I can in the indigenous community. I hope for my friend and I to start a non profit and along with the items on the list give free mental health and addiction services for free. I then plan to help in other communities as well with mental health. In doing this I plan to also help other causes as well along the way. There are also other groups of people I wish to help. I want justice, peace, and human rights and help human welfare and human rights.
Here is a website that is for the national awareness’s for each month.https://www.goodgoodgood.co/articles/awareness-months%0A" rel="noopener" target="_blank"> https://www

I would love to list them there are so many! We should start to use these and start to raise more awareness!!

In my town we have NAMI. They have all kinds of resources and support in almost all areas as far as mental health is concerned. I am positive they are national wide and they have lots of stuff like is said and it’s all free! Here in my town they have events with free childcare and meals and they have groups for a lot of topics and they have meetings to get to know each other and they are working on licensed therapists for free and are working on building more groups and there is also going to be suicide survivor group as well. I have a lot of mental health disorders a lot of trauma and a lot of grief. I’ve been looking for them in my town for literally over a year and ran into the main person who runs it here at a diaper bank! I am beyond grateful. They may have it somewhere where you live or even in your area somewhere I highly recommend them! They have resources that even I did not know about! Here they even have a self acceptance group. This is one I need bad. I hope you guys look into it!!!! The national website is https://www.nami.org

Here is a website link to help indigenous women and start to advocate even if you are non native like me. It has a 6 step plan on it. https://www.niwrc.org/restoration-magazine/february-2023/advocacy-action-6-point-action-plan
Look around on google for websites that stand out to you. Search for ways to help the indigenous population when you yourself are not native there are lots of ways to get involved.
For me my dreams are so big to make a difference in the indigenous populations that I needed to make a list as well as goals in order to get there. Your goals will be specific to you. For me it includes three degrees and hopefully a non-profit. I plan to find ways locally, nationally, and eventually globally. Even if you just plan to sign petitions around you or online this can make a huge difference.

When you are struggling with your mental health name your emotion, sit with it and feel it, than let it go.

Pick a coping skill that works good for you

Spiritual meditation or even just regular mediation, guided or silent can help alot.

Having a support system can be very beneficial especially in helping be there for you or to lift you up and help you get back up if you fall.

It's important to celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may seem. Celebrating your wins is a great way to stay motivated and keep pushing towards your goals. Take time to acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments.

Staying positive and taking care of yourself is a huge step to coping and feeling better! Don't give up!

This wheel is designed to help you find coping skills for different feelings based around the feelings on the feeling wheel.

I came across this picture and found this photo it really helped me a lot. I did not realize there were so many areas we all had needs in.

So right now I know speaking of personal experience but as I mentioned I have trauma a lot of I! But I found this super helpful!

My sponsor shared this with me I hope it helps.
I listed coping skills above, but there are many other things you can do to make your mind feel better. You could use what is listed above, find other ones online, or create your own. It could even be being present, noticing your feelings, or just breathing.
To help your body feel better you could do any kind of exercise that makes you feel comfortable whether it be a walk, some exercise items, yoga, or even just moving around and getting some blood flow going.
Spiritual practice really helped me to find ways to feel better. It gives the holistic healing approach, mind (coping skills), body (exercise), and spiritual which could be anything you feel connected to and that you feel helps you connect to the world around you. THere are many religions or eben just being spiritual and using the earth or other practices.
Gratitude can help you remember the good things in life and that you have blessings all around you. For me this really helps with anxiety. You could do a journal from online you can order or get for free and worksheets that are free online or you could just use your own notebook and write down like three things each day you are grateful for. Eventually you will find that there are more good things than bad.
There are some therapy systems such as DBT, CBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, Self-Acceptance workbooks I have found, Internal Family Systems, and more. These are just some suggestions for me that I have tried.
