My last section for resources is mainly just encouragement. I have been through and seen a lot in my life and that there's a lot of bad in the world but if you can hang in there and get help life does get better. Not all at once and I'm not saying it happens fast but you will get there in time. I just want to encourage anyone who needs these to please use them they are here for a reason. I myself have struggled with all of the above except for being a veteran or hurting children or animals, however I was a victim of child abuse and I would save any person or animal I can.
