Sometimes it can be hard to put what we feel and label it so we can better understand it and deal with it better. I have found this emotion wheel and I have found it helpful for me and also my kids. So basically what you can do is pick in the center of the wheel one of the seven emotions then you branch off that emotion to the next stage outside of it and rot the final part of it the colors separate the 7 emotions and then the branches of them that build off of that. You can pick a feeling and journal or for my son he started with colors and I would name the emotion and he would say yes or no and then if no we would try another color. We started with the basic seven in the center at first. This has been super helpful for me to figure out what I feel and how to cope.
Super helpful for mental health, journaling, coping, and even kids that have big emotions.
